Kelly Osbourne Bittersweet New Year. After two years together, TV personality Kelly Osbourne and vegan chef Matthew Mosshart have ended their engagement, Osbourne's rep tells Us Weekly exclusively. "Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement," says the rep in a statement. "The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it." The couple met in the summer of 2011 at Kate Moss's wedding before stepping out as a couple that December. They confirmed their engagement in July 2013 in a romantic Anguilla proposal.
