Hollywood star Julianne Moore is lashing out at the writer who interviewed her for a British magazine article and then misquoted her grumbling she’s not "thin enough for Hollywood". The actress was appalled when she heard about the piece, which recently appeared in an unnamed publication. She says, "I always say that, in magazines, you learn more about the journalist than you do about the subject, they’re gonna write the article they wanna write."I just saw it and I said, `I didn’t say this stuff.’ I think I made a couple of jokes about dieting and actresses and whatever."She kind of embellished it and the couple of jokey comments I made about dieting turned into this serious expose on women and being thin in Hollywood."

Julianne Moore has written a children's book about a bullied "littlered-haired, speckled girl" based on her own childhood.The actress, who has red hair and freckles, has penned 'Freckleface Strawberry' which tells the story of a girl who is teased about her appearance.Her tormentors bully her so much she decides to wear a ski mask to school,before eventually realising that it's OK to be different, because everyone is. Julianne has revealed the phrases the characters use in the book, including"You look dirty" and "Can I smell them?", are all things that were said to her while she was growing up.She said: "A lot of it is based on my own experiences."'Freckleface Strawberry' is released on September 19.Julianne has two children, nine-year-old son Caleb and five-year-old daughter Liv, with her director husband Bart Freundlich.The 46-year-old actress has been shooting her latest movie, 'Blindness', in Ontario, Canada, a...
