Keith Collins In Atlantic City In its 9th year the 2016 Atlantic City Cinefest continues to be one of the top most premiere film festivals in the state. This weekend Atlantic City prepares for a weekend of film October 14th, 15th & 16th. Actor / Producer Keith Collins known for cult hits like ("The Jersey Devil", "The Meat Puppet", "The Coffee Shop") has had much success with his films shown at the festival many of which have been signed to distribution deals in major retail outlets, VOD and theatrical.
