THE VERY BUSY LIFE OF ICON COREY FELDMAN

Image
Corey Feldman Corey Feldman has a lot to celebrate with more than 30 years in the film business, but lately he’s busier than ever with the announcement of a new book, a lead role in a theatrical movie, the upcoming release of his new album and numerous projects with his very own Corey’s Angels brand. Last month, he released his new single Ascension Millennium on YouTube, which has received mixed reviews and controversy from the public and media. A personal birthday party he also hosted was met with strong criticism online; criticism Feldman strongly feels is cyber bullying. “Unfortunately, we have grown into a society whose belief system holds to bring down rather than to build up. Bullying is present in schools, homes, professional environments and online (cyber bullying), and here is a case no different from just that. I can take criticism, but what people are saying online as of late is far beyond that,” said Feldman. It takes a lot of balls to put yoursel...

COREY FELDMAN SHOCKED ABOUT DIVORCE

Image
Corey Feldman is speaking out of his anguish over wife Susie's decision to file for divorce, saying he is "deeply hurt and saddened" by the breakdown of their marriage. The former child star married the Playboy pin-up Susie Sprague in 2002, and the couple has a 5-year-old son, Zen. Sprague filed for divorce earlier this month, citing irreconcilable differences and stating she would seek full custody of their child. But Feldman is insisting the news came as a shock, claiming he played no part in the "demise of the marriage." In a statement, a spokesperson for the actor says, "Corey is deeply hurt and saddened by this unexpected change in their relationship, and has done nothing to contribute to the demise of the marriage." The statement adds, "(Feldman is) hopeful that he and Susie can work to resolve this quickly and amicably, and he is fully committed to doing what is best for the welfare of their son." FELDMAN'S GUILT OVER MICHAEL JACKSON

Image
Corey Feldman Actor Corey Feldman is guilt ridden following the death of ex-friend Michael Jackson, because he never had the chance to fix his broken friendship. Jackson befriended "The Goonies" child star as a teen, and the couple was often seen together at Hollywood events decked out in the same outfits. However, their friendship fell apart as Feldman grew older, and the pair severed their relationship in 2001. Feldman was also called to testify at Jackson's child molestation trial in 2005, and although he denied Jackson had abused him as a child, he went on to slam his former mentor, reportedly saying, "He did real damage in my overall life. Michael would sit and talk to me for hours and he would listen. Then, he would get bored." In a statement to TMZ.com , he writes, "I come to you today with great sadness, acknowledging the loss of the greatest entertainer in the history of mankind. For me he was more than that, he was my idol, he was a role model, ...

COREY FELDMAN BLAMES HIS PARENTS

Image

The Goonies star was thrust into the limelight at age 3 when he starred in a McDonald's fast food commercial and appeared in a string of television shows and movies. He struggled to cope with being in the public eye at such a young age, and later battled drug problems and the pain of being abused as a child. And he claims his parents were at fault for encouraging his Hollywood career and not allowing him to have a normal childhood like everyone else. Feldman tells Britain's Metro.co.uk, "It wasn't the industry's fault, it was my parents'. They should have been more responsible and laid the groundwork for me to build a healthy adult life."I was fortunate enough to continue my career but that's due to my tireless dedication. Without my perseverance I wouldn't...

COREY FELDMAN'S WIFE POSES FOR PLAYBOY

Image
Reality show star Corey Feldman was very flattered when Playboy icon Hugh Hefner asked his wife to pose naked for him, and he insisted she did it totally free. Hefner contacted his longtime friend directly to ask for permission to approach his wife Susie with a Playboy deal, and Feldman took no time to agree. He tells In Touch magazine, "When Hugh Hefner asked us himself, it was very moving. Hef has been a friend for a long time, and he was at our wedding. It was hard to say no."Being that it was art, we didn’t want to make it a business thing, so she basically did it for free." And Feldman admits he’s thrilled with the end results, which will appear in the upcoming August issue of Playboy: "I’m very proud. She’s a beautiful girl and deserves to be worshipped." Editors Note: I met them two summers ago at Bridgehampton Polo out in Long Island. They are a nice couple and fit very well together. We wish the the very best ! Photo By: Steve Buckley/BuzzFoto
