The beloved restaurant is the epitome of comfort, casual dining and entertainment, amassing several Best of the Best Awards from leading Hamptons publication Dan’s Papers for Brunch, Breakfast Spot, Continental Cuisine, Burgers and Desserts.
Takeover Claude’s Restaurant to host Holiday Luncheons, dinners or cocktails, in your own private restaurant for 20 to 100+ guests featuring delicious entrees crafted by Executive Chef James Carpenter and starting at $30 per person. The December Getaway for Two ($250) includes a guest room, three-course dinner and an award-winning breakfast the following morning, available until Friday, December 21st, 2018.
The fun and festivities roll into the New Year with Southampton Inn’s 21st New Year’s Eve Gala. The New Year’s Eve package, at $450 for two adults, includes a one-night stay, dinner, dancing, open bar and midnight Champagne toast. The gala is open to all residents and visitors for the ticket price of $125 (without a hotel reservation).
This time of year, Southampton Inn and Claude’s Restaurant provide the comforts of home for the holidays. Guests will enjoy holiday stockings stuffed with coupons and gifts from local village merchants, and a complimentary gift-wrapping room for guests after exploring the neighboring Village shops. The Library fireplace is the perfect place to cozy up to on a chilly day while enjoying a steaming mug of hot cider provided by Claude’s Restaurant.
Executive Chef James Carpenter, with the help of Sous Chef Pete Ammar, at Claude’s Restaurant serve hearty helpings of this season’s specialty entrees. The signature prix fixe menu is available all evening from Sunday through Thursday, and on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday Brunch features bottomless Bloody Mary’s, brunch mimosas, sangria and draft beer.

This time of year, guests can find a Hamptons-style Holiday fiesta at the award-winning Mexican eatery Union Cantina, featuring live music, entertaining daily happenings and signature specials. Bringing in the 2019 New Year, Union Cantina will host a Grand Fiesta featuring a four-hour top shelf open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, a full dinner buffet plus dessert table and a live musical performance from the Bay Ridge All Stars. Guests will also enjoy an assortment of party favors while watching live coverage of the Times Square Ball Drop.
Award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf, previously featured on Food Network’s Iron Chefs of America, leads the kitchen all year-round, and will craft the contemporary holiday menu for the celebration. Incorporating the authentic flavors of traditional Mexican cuisine, hors d’oeuvres include Paella Bites with Chipotle Crema, Blackened Shrimp with habanero mango chili sauce and the popular Mini Tacos in the marinated skirt steak and grilled Mahi-Mahi varieties. The sumptuous dinner buffet includes Mexican Street Corn Pasta made with chorizo sausage, sweet corn, asparagus tips, as well as, rigatoni finished in chipotle cream and topped with cotija cheese. The famous Deconstructed Chicken Enchilada satisfies a variety of palates, made with queso blanco, asadero & mexican cheese blend, pico de gallo, avocado and roja chili sauce. The dessert table will include Union Churros, Tres Leches Cake and Apple Cinnamon Empanadas for a sweet ending to 2018. The rustic Mexican restaurant Union Cantina offers locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients served in an upscale but relaxed environment.

The New Year’s Eve dinner menu for Gold & Platinum packages include Lollipop Lamb Chops, Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna and Pistachio Crusted Tofu. Signature entrees include Diver Scallops with pancetta, corn, scallions and shiitake mushrooms potato hash, with a tomato brown butter sauce. The Homemade Butternut Squash Ravioli is a seasonal favorite with sage brown butter and shaved reggiano. Indulge in Funnel Fries, White Chocolate Mousse or Berries & Cream from the tantalizing dessert menu.
