On Oct. 25th Fashion Icon Jean Shafiroff will be honored by the Dominican Women's Development Center at their 30th Anniversary Gala. Honorees include Lin-Manuel Miranda. Miss Shafiroff will receive the Outstanding Philanthropy Award.
