Each cocktail is beautifully crafted with a fruity garnish, paper fan or cocktail umbrella invoking a Polynesian feel such as its Spicy Mango Mojito served with Leblon 100% Brazilian Cane Rum, mango, mint, lime and dash of Tabasco. Saketome features sake along with Grey Goose, lime juice and served either shaken or straight up with a pickled ginger garnish.
