Philanthropist Jean Shafiroff and Emma Rossum were photographed at the Best Friends Animal Society Gala at the Bowery Hotel in New York City. This was Best Friends first New York City Gala. The event raised $500,000. This summer Best Friends Animal Society plans to open an animal shelter in SoHo.
