In a revealing interview with HuffPost Live on Tuesday, "Real Housewives of New York City" star Ramona Singer opened up about public divorce from her husband of 22 years, admitting "it humbled me big time." She also discussed why she filed for divorce following her rumors of her husband's infidelity.

Singer: "Being betrayed by your spouse is probably the worst thing that could happen to anyone and it humbled me, big time. And I kind of looked at how I treated LuAnn [de Lesseps] when she was going through the same thing and I treated her really not nicely."

Singer: "As LuAnn... likes to say, 'Divorce suits Ramona.'... I'm like really happy. I'm really in a great place.

Singer: "My husband basically had a midlife crisis. So, you know, I wasn't going to wait around for another four years for him to get over it, if he ever got over it."
