Jean Shafiroff

Philanthropist was photographed Jean Shafiroff wearing winter white at the National Arts Club in New York yesterday for the Francisco de Goya y Lucientes: Los Caprichos Exhibit.

Goya’s Los Caprichos are major masterworks from the Age of Enlightenment. Published in 1799, the album of eighty prints in etching and aquatint is Goya’s critical testament to the wave of ignorance, superstition and common prejudice that enveloped Spanish society of his time.

The mission of The National Arts Club is to stimulate, foster and promote public interest in the arts and educate the American people in the fine arts.
