THE ULTIMO CHEF WEEKEND AT LAS VEGAS VENETIAN

This weekend celebrity Chefs Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, and Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro hosted Ultimo-A Weekend of Excellence at The Venetian Las Vegas. This luxurious weekend kicked off with spectacular Grand Banquet in the iconic Grand Colonnade featuring a single breathtaking table that hosted close to 200 guests. Celebrity Chefs Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse prepared a decadent dinner fit for royalty that ended with a ten story cake from Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro. The evening also hosted a live auction benefitting Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. World renowned pianist, Danny Wright and Sisaundra Lewis, season six contestant of NBC’s The Voice, entertained guests throughout the evening while Robin Leach acted as the evenings emcee. The celebrity chef hosts mixed and mingle with the crowd. Top winemakers from all around the world completed the dinner with the perfect wine pairing.



Saturday morning guests were treated to luxury experiences starting with a brunch hosted by Chef Daniel Boulud at db Brasserie. Following brunch, guests participated in a private baking class from The Cake Boss himself, Buddy Valastro at Buddy V’s Ristorante, Exotic Racing where they drove the latest luxury sports cars at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, as well as relaxing at the gorgeous Canyon Ranch Spa Club, plus an exclusive fashion show and experience.




Ultimo continued into the night, with an intimate Dine Around experience in the Palazzo Waterfall atrium where they were able to sample dishes from The Venetians collection of gourmet restaurants including Carnevino, Buddy V’s Ristorante, CUT, Bouchon, Delmonico’s Steakhouse, and db Brasserie. Celebrity chefs Daniel Boulud and Buddy Valastro were seen at the event making sure guests enjoyed their food. Guests were going back for thirds of Buddy Valastro’s Lasanga, and Bouchon’s Braised Short Ribs. The evening concluded with an exclusive after party in The Venetian’s high-rollers Paiza Club in a special Richard Hennessy lounge. Guests sipped on Hennessy infused cocktails and desserts, and listened to a presentation from a Hennessy expert on the history of Cognac.



The weekend wrapped with a special Farewell Truffle Brunch hosted by Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico’s Steakhouse. Over 25 lbs. of truffles were brought in for this brunch, and were paired with premium beef and farm fresh eggs. Guests were seen laughing and chatting with their new friends that they had made over Ultimo weekend.
