GAY ADAM --- Is Adam Lambert throwing shade on Nick Jonas and Harry Styles?

The American Idol and Queen-star tweeted this week: “Anyone find it interesting how straight male pop stars are pandering to gay audiences lately!?"

It's not lost on Lambert that some supposedly straight male pop stars are aggressively courting gay male fans.

He's not naming names but it seems clear he's got to be talking about Nick Jonas who has flashed his abs at gay clubs or One Direction's Harry Styles who seemed to hint in a recent interview that he might be bisexual.

Lambert asked his Twitter followers: 'Should we be flattered? Progress or strategy?'

He follows up by insisting he's not throwing shade at anyone but says he just wants to hear music and not be teased about whether someone is gay or bisexual or straight.

'Who cares?' he tweets. And, know what? He’s right.

BLUNT’S BACK --- Atlantic recording artist James Blunt has announced details of his much-anticipated new EP. Smoke Signals arrives on the iTunes Store and at all DSPs on Monday, December 15th.

Smoke Signals EP – which includes five brand new tracks featured on Blunt’s internationally released Moon Landing: Apollo Edition and never before available in the United States – is available for pre-sale beginning today, with all pre-orders receiving an instant download of the EP’s electrifying single, “When I Find Love Again.” The track’s companion video is streaming now at Blunt’s official YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, Blunt continues to travel the globe on his epic Moon Landing international tour, with stops slated through 2015 in such outposts as Spain, Portugal, Ireland, England, Austria, South Africa, Zimbabwe, RĂ©union Island, Dubai, Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, and Chile.

Blunt’s fourth studio collection, Moon Landing is the multiple Grammy Award-nominee’s most personal and inspired collection thus far, executive produced by his Back To Bedlam collaborator, Tom Rothrock (Beck, Elliott Smith, Foo Fighters), with further production by Ryan Tedder (Adele, BeyoncĂ©, Justin Timberlake) and Martin Terefe (Jason Mraz, KT Tunstall).

The album rocketed into the upper reaches of charts all over the world upon its release last year, including top 2 debuts in Germany, Australia, the U. K. and Canada, as well as a #1 chart arrival in Switzerland and top 5 entries in Ireland and New Zealand.

The newly-married Blunt first captured the world’s attention in 2005 with his 2x RIAA platinum-certified debut, Back To Bedlam and its history-making #1 classic single, “You’re Beautiful,” which even the artist himself said later, hearing so much, even made him ill!

The British tunesmith has since become one of the most popular singer/songwriters of the modern era, earning staggering global sales of nearly 17 million albums and 20 million singles while repeatedly touring to sold-out audiences the world over.

DEPP FALLS --- Johnny Depp's appearance on last Friday's Hollywood Film Awards, is the latest example of when one should say no, but who would say no to Depp? He's probably employs a small army of handlers, so who's going to rock the boat first. It was terrifically embarrassing, but as long as he sells tickets, no won't be heard. Sad.

CLOSING NOTES – The fall finale of NBC’s The Blacklist was the best episode of their fall season so far; in fact, it even harked back to its brilliant first season.

Alan Alda reprised his role of bad-boy congressman Alan Fitch and was suitably dealt a scene-stealing ending. Entitled The Decembrist, it was fantastic and even ended the story of Berlin; essayed by the brilliant Peter Stormare …

Where there’s smoke … there’s fire. Don't know what to make of the recent Bill Cosby allegations. I mean, if you have Janice Dickinson dissing you; that can't be good …

A new Peanuts 3D movie next year? Why are they promoting it now? Because it looks great! The first Peanuts film in 35 years, Charles Schulz's son Craig and his son Bryan are producing and writing the new movie, so there's every reason to believe they'll be able to capture the spirit of what made the original cartoon such an enduring classic.

The Peanuts Movie is set to hit theaters on November 6th, 2015. Here’s the trailer.
