The National Arts Club presented Charles James - Beneath The Dress Opening Party and Dinner the other night in New York City. Stunning Jean Shafiroff wore Victor deSouza, a very talented fashion designer. Others in attendance included Harvey Winstein and Georgina Chapman . The Big Apple Bash was hosted by R. Couri Hay.
