Chris Noth With Julianna Margulies

The Good Wife’s Chris Noth and Rainforest Action Network hosted Eco Rock: a Benefit and auction fundraiser that honored Josh Mailman, longtime RAN supporter and hero for the planet. The event took place at Chris’ restaurant The Cutting Room.Once again co-owner Steve Walter hosted a star studded event.

Starting the night off with an auction Chris was accompanied on stage by Josh Mailman and actor Holt McCallaney. Making it a very humorous and laid back. Chris’ cast mates Julianna Margulies, Dallas Roberts and director Griffin Dunne also were among guests at the event.

The auction included once in a lifetime trips to Las Vegas, Upstate New York and Bali. An art piece by Raphael Mazzucco, and a timepiece by Jacob & Co were also auctioned. The most comedic memorable moment was when Chris’ wife Tara Wilson became the highest bidder for the trip to Bali. An astonished Chris jokingly remarked, “Honey, we are gonna talk later.”

Guests celebrated Josh’s lifelong commitment to environmental protection while sipping on signature Eco Rock cocktails from BASTILLE 1789 and enjoyed organic menu tastings.​

​After the auction guests enjoyed a private concert by The Allman Brothers Warren Haynes. Following Haynes performance comedian Jim Gaffigan got up on the stage. When the performance finished guests collected gift bags which items had been provided by Shoeaholics, American Crew, Cosmo Girl & many other eco-friendly goodies.
