Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s brand new home was reportedly sold to them from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Mauricio Umansky. Hello! Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richard’s hot husband! Derrrr! 

Thom Vest, Realtor to the Stars, tells Hollyscoop exclusively: "Kim and Kanye's recently purchased property is located in one of the most exclusive gated communities in Bel Air, and sits on a massive plot of land that is absolutely breathtaking. Mauricio Umansky was one of the listing agents involved with the transaction as well.”

This is the first time, Kim and the “Real Housewives” star have been linked together professionally. Fun Fact: Mauricio’s wife Kyle is half-sisters with Kathy Hilton whose daughter Paris USED to be Kim K’s BFF. So much drama, amiright? 

Their house is in the most exclusive part of Bel Air, it’s like several miles above the regular part of Bel Air. It’s like, a secret part of town. 

According to the listing for the house it has 11 rooms, NOT including the bedrooms. There’s a Cabana room (?), a library, a wine cellar, and something called a Lanai which according to our in-house Hawaiian word expert, a Lanai is an “outdoor living space,” not to be confused with a patio, because they have one of those too.

The house is currently being gutted and remodeled, because apparently a perfect house is not perfect enough. 

Their monthly mortgage will be $42,000 for this $11 million mansion. But once you add in property tax bills, insurance, home owners association dues, and upkeep, their monthly bill will most likely be between $60,000-$70,000.
