While Katrina Bowden was spotted wearing the dress in New York, paired perfectly with nude heels, Courtney dressed down the David Lerner dress with metallic sandals, a perfect casual combination for running errands in San Francisco, where she just moved with fiancé and Bachelor star Ben Flajnik.
