Hotel Les Mars invites guests to experience “The Ultimate Wine Country Experience.” The package includes a French continental breakfast and a cheese and wine reception daily, and two signature in-room spa treatments. Just 15 minutes south, guests will visit to Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards & Winery, the premier winery of Sonoma County. Available Thursday and Friday at 2:00pm this two and a half hour culinary adventure will begin by touring the estate culinary garden where organically-farmed produce is the inspiration for Executive Chef Didier Ageorges’ culinary artistry. Following a brief excursion through the vineyards, guests will arrive at the Pavilion, an amazing conservatory overlooking the equestrian center and vineyards with panoramic views of the entire Chalk Hill Valley. There, guests will enjoy a tasting of the Chalk Hill Estate’s highly acclaimed wines paired with several imaginative small plates prepared by Chef Didier. Upon the end of Culinary Tour guests will return to the Chalk Hill tasting room to enjoy the late harvest Semillon and receive a signature gift. At Hotel Les Mars your two-night stay includes a French continental breakfast, a cheese and wine reception daily and two signature in-room spa treatments. Just 15 minutes away lies the 1,300 acre Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards & Winery. Guests will enjoy the unsurpassed beauty of Chalk Hill Estate through a guided trail ride or a ride in the Pavilion and indulge the pleasures of world-class winemaking.
