RESTAURANT YEAR INITIATIVE AT PHILIPPE
Philippe Jericho
In a strategic effort to build on its phenomenal success during the recent Restaurant Week promotion on Long Island, Philippe Chow in Jericho is staking a claim in launching the first-ever “Restaurant Year” initiative.
Focused on growing Philippe Chow Jericho’s largely suburban customer base, “Restaurant Year” presents the special menu offered during the weeklong event and expands the casual dining program throughout the entire year. Effective immediately and coinciding with the onset of the wallet-busting Holiday Season, “Restaurant Year” offers Philippe’s inspired Asian cuisine at a 35% discount, to appeal to a broader array of customers who prefer a less formal dining experience. The casual concept has proven successful in attracting new customers and substantially increasing revenue at Philippe Chow outposts in other parts of the country such as Boca Raton, Florida.
“The explosive response generated by Restaurant Week has led us to reposition Philippe Chow Jericho to satisfy both our highly-discriminating upscale clientele, who will continue to enjoy our signature approach to traditional Asian fare, as well as newer customers who have warmly embraced our food after becoming increasingly disenchanted with the product served at most other local Asian establishments,” remarked Stratis Morfogen, Principal, CEO, Philippe Chow.
