As the weather gets warmer, New Yorkers are seen packing their bags for their favorite summer spot— the Hamptons! With the hustle to beat bumper-to-bumper traffic, a proper meal is often overlooked! Not anymore—just off Exit 41N on the L.I.E.—the half-way point between New York City and the Hamptons—Philippe Jericho is saving hungry travelers with its haute take on classic Chinese fare. The hotspot—backed by celebrity partners Jerome “The Bus” Bettis (Former Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl Champion and NBC Personality) and Chauncey Billups (New York Knicks)—caters to A-list celebrities such as U.S. President Barack Obama, President Bill Clinton, Former Vice President Al Gore, Oprah, Sir Paul McCartney, George Clooney, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Mick Jagger.

Whether celebrating the end of the work week on Friday afternoon or returning from a weekend in the Hamptons on Sunday evening, Philippe by Philippe Chow’s latest location in the who’s-who neighborhood of Jericho, New York, is sure to be a hit with East End fans of its previous sister outpost, Philippe East Hampton.

Executive Chef Philippe Chow is also available to cater your next dinner party in-house, at the office or at your desired venue. In addition, Philippe Jericho boasts a number of exclusive specials to satisfy foodies all week long—recharge mid-day with the 2011 Lunch and Power Lunch Specials (three courses for $20.11, with martini $29.00), relax post- 9-to-5 with After Work Happy Hour (½ price drinks) and start the evening with an indulgent three-course dinner from the Early Dinner Menu (three courses for $29.00, from 5:00PM to 6:30PM).
