New York’s VIPs gathered at the posh home of Chip Fisher to toast to NY business and social icon Mitzi Perdue, widow of chicken king and acclaimed entrepreneur Frank Perdue. Friends gathered to celebrate Mitzi and her new book, “I Didn’t Bargain For This!” which describes her incredible life as a world renown globetrotter and devout humanitarian. TV host Rita Cosby called Mitzi, “one of the most dynamic women in the country, a true trailblazer and great friend.” The party was hosted by the TV star along with Tomaczek Bednarek, Lorraine Cancro, and Dr. Sandy Lowe. Among the attendees were Jean Shafiroff, Dr. Judy Kuriansky and members of the military. Part of the proceeds from Mitzi’s book sales go toward ICAMI, The International Committee Against Mental Illness.
