Kourtney KardashianIt was a star-studded evening in Manhattan as American mega-retailer QVC kicked off fashion week with a party to honor their top designers. Volkwagen Touaregs were on hand to transport celebrities like new QVC designers Camila Alves and Kelly Rutherford, Tinsley Mortimer, and 30 Rock star Katrina Bowden to the star-studded soiree. Celebrities who walked the carpet in celebration of their QVC lines include Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, Isaac Mizrahi, Marc Bouwer, Malini Murjani, Lori Goldstein, and Dennis Basso. Other celebs who graced the red carpet and came out to toast these fashion superstars were Royal Pains star Reshma Shetty, NY Housewife Jill Zarin, Cornelia Guest, Anika Noni Rose, Angie Simmons, Beth Shak, Jill Rappaport, and more.
The Kardashians were glamorous as always, wearing pieces from their K-DASH line for QVC saying that they love collaborating with the company and bringing their personal style to their fans around the country. The starlets shared that they are excited for Valentine’s Day when Kourtney and Kim will both be in Vegas—Kourt with beau Scott Disick and Kim with her gal pals. Later in the evening, they presented their current collection to a live QVC audience and watched their looks walk down the runway.
Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford was ravishing on the carpet in a winter white sheath and carrying a black clutch with rhinestone detail from her collection for QVC. She giggled while sharing that earlier in the night while getting ready at home, her toddler daughter Helena was carrying all three of the Kelly Rutherford for QVC clutches around the living room, not wanting Mommy to borrow one for the evening, Also there to celebrate her first-ever collaboration with QVC was Camila Alves, model and mother of two young children with Matthew McConaughey. Camila said that the family was rooting her own from home, and reported that one-year-old daughter Vida is starting to show the very beginnings of a love of fashion.
The party was a full-on fashion extravaganza, with models of every shape and size taking to the runways to showcase the latest QVC styles. Celebrities, fashion insiders, media, and guests enjoyed browsing through the latest designs from America’s beloved QVC and mingling with its top designers. Tinsley Mortimer snuggled up to boyfriend Brian Mazza while soaking in a parade of sequined K-DASH minis and floaty Marc Bouwer dresses.
