Madame Paulette® is introducing Monogramming Services, exclusively to Lauren Berger Collection clients. From customized linens and towels, to robes and slippers, the personal touch will be sure to make any guest feel at home. Taking the stress out of travel, Madame Paulette® has introduced Destination Valet Services; relieving Lauren Berger Collection clients the burden of packing and traveling with luggage. Madame Paulette® will arrange to have the client’s items packaged, shipped, cleaned and waiting for them upon arrival! On their return, Madame Paulette® will arrange to have the items cleaned, packaged and shipped once again. For any unexpected mishaps, a 24-hour telephone number, ensures that Madame Paulette® professionals are available for any fashion or interiors emergency; dispatching a team that resolves any problem a client may have. For any patron selecting to stay at one of the properties for an extended period of time, Madame Paulette® is offering an exclusive rate on regular laundering, dry cleaning of apparel and interior cleaning services.
