E! News host Giuliana Rancic checked into The Palazzo on Friday with husband Bill Rancic for a fun-filled weekend in Vegas. The couple were joined by Chicago Bears tight end Greg Olsen and wife Kara for dinner at Lagasse's Stadium on Saturday. Wearing a cheetah print dress that showed off her slender frame, Giuliana noshed on the restaurant's specialities including nachos and wings and ordered a Skinny Girl margarita. After dinner she Tweeted, "Just ate baby back ribs and nachos at Lagasse Stadium while watching NBA All-Star game. This place is the bomb 4 watching games! Luv Vegas!"
