Feast at the All-New Fiesta Buffet
The Fiesta Buffet has undergone a complete makeover which includes new carpet, wall coverings, artwork and seating. Accompanying the restaurant's new look is a brand new lunch menu featuring a full salad bar, pasta marinara, meatballs, fried flounder, BBQ ribs, make your own hamburgers, pizza, hot dogs, a selection of soups, hand carved hot turkey sandwiches, an omelet station and even a selection of breakfast items. A completely upgraded gourmet dessert station has also been added to the luncheon buffet.
The Fiesta Buffet is open for Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Weekdays. The all new Lunch menu is offered daily from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the Dinner buffet is available Sunday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

After all that indulgence at the Fiesta Buffet, guests of the Tropicana Casino & Resort can now work off those extra calories in a completely revamped health club showcasing all new state-of-the-art machines from Cybex, a leading manufacturer of premium exercise equipment, as well as fully renovated locker rooms and upgraded flooring.
As part of this comprehensive renovation, the Health Club now features new cardio equipment including four treadmills, two lower body arc trainers, one stepper and one recumbent and two upright bicycles. The upgrade also includes new weight benches, a Smith Press, a free standing cable crossover machine and various pieces of circuit strength training equipment to target the chest, leg, shoulder, abdominal and arm muscle groups.
