Chef Steve CapricLet me tell you about an absolute gem of a restaurant you’ll have to try out on your next trip to Atlantic City. That’s Capriccio at Resorts Casino Hotel. The place has it all…a classic old world Italian ambiance, a breathtaking Ocean view, and of course, an incredible menu of dining options from both Northern and Southern Italy.
One of the many nice aspects of the menu is the Create Your Own Antipasti option. You can choose from a variety of cheeses (Parmigiano, Buffalo Mozzarella, Promovolne Piccante for example) meats (prosciutto, soppresatta, and coppa) and vegetables (roasted peppers, artichokes, olives, and more). Each option is only $4.
For an entrée, I’d recommend the chef Steve’s specialty, Ossocuco Alla Milanese. The mouthwatering veal practically falls off the bone…just delicious. And for dessert, you have to try the Tiramisu…it’s to die for.
