I laughed when I heard that she said I beat her! When I went to the Sheriff's office they said, "Look Mr. Lohan, we don't want to do this. So we gave you the least offense we can. But when Kate came in the other day, she was fine. Nothing was wrong. But 2 days later we saw her with the sling on." It's all an act. Now she's living with a woman who was a prostitute in Chicago.
