How many twelve year olds get to spend their birthday at one of the hottest spots in the country? If you are the son of hip hop mogul Sean Combs, then you are one lucky kid. Christian Combs kicked off a three day Vegas getaway at Lavo Italian Restaurant inside The Palazzo on Thursday. Arriving in style in a black tour bus straight from Los Angeles, the group included other celeb royalty spawn, including Tyson Beckford's son Jordan, Faith Evans’ son Josh and Master P's son Hercy, along with Christian’s brothers Justin and Quincy. Mom Kim Porter joined as well, keeping a watchful eye on the group. They feasted on kid friendly Lavo favorites including Spaghetti and Kobe Meatballs, Pizzas, Shrimp Scampi and Filet Mignon. The mature group of teens even requested a round of Shirley Temples so that the friends could make a toast to the birthday boy, but it was dad who made the toast when it was cake time, as mom Kim looked on lovingly. Christian was in awe of his three tiered custom cake from Gimme Some Sugar that covered all his favorite things, from the Hollywood sign to the Yankees, basketball and even an IPod. By the time dinner was done the youngsters were ready for bed and took the cake back to their suite. Diddy took a break from promoting his new album Last Train to Paris to treat his son to the very special night, but he never stops working, tweeting while at dinner "We just passed my homegirls Gaga+Beyonce's track "Telephone" on the ITUNES chart! THANK U! "
