HEROES STAR ADRIAN PASDAR GETS DUI CHARGE

Actor Adrian Pasdar has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after he was arrested by the police last month. The star of Heroes, who is married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines, was pulled over by cops in the early morning hours on January 27th, after he was allegedly clocked driving over 90 miles-an-hour on a freeway in Los Angeles California. He was arrested after allegedly refusing a breathalyzer test, and held on $15,000 bail. And now Pasdar has been officially charged, according to TMZ.com. He faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted. Adrian is due back in court on Wednesday.
