Hollywood star Jodie Foster found herself caught up in a reality television show when she was recently stopped for a driving offense in Los Angeles California.The actress was pulled over by police last weekend, after the cops suspected her of driving her Toyota Prius at over 54 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone. The officers from the Beverly Hills Police Department were taking part in the reality show "Speeders," which follows the activities of highway patrol officers. And when one of the officers approached Foster to issue the speeding ticket, the star reportedly grew agitated when she saw the following camera crew and refused to allow the incident to appear on the show. A source tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "Foster refused to sign a waiver to appear on the show, so the camera crew ceased filming and returned to the police car. But she grew quite agitated and angry, and kept insisting to the police officers that the radar gun must have made a mistake. She maintained to the officers that she was only going 30 mph at the time they pulled her over, and she kept interrupting and complaining that the process was taking too long."Despite her numerous requests otherwise, the cops still issued her a citation."Beverly Hills Police spokesman Lieutenant Tony Lee confirmed Foster was involved in the incident, adding, "She was upset that she got pulled over, but she signed the ticket and went on her way."

SEXY SALMA HAYEK SKIPS HER HONEYMOON

Television star Salma Hayek has skipped her honeymoon with new husband Francois-Henri Pinault, and flew straight back from her Paris, France, wedding to shoot the hit show "30 Rock." The actress married her businessman partner on Valentine's Day in a romantic ceremony in the French capital. But the pair were forced to postpone their plans for a relaxing post-wedding break, as Hayek was due to film her guest spot on Tina Fey's hit comedy series immediately afterward. The news was confirmed by Alec Baldwin, who plays Hayek's love interest in the show: "She flew right from her wedding to come shoot with us again. Her husband is a doll." Series creator Fey adds, "(Hayek) spent her honeymoon working with us! She told me, 'You must go the parties with me and elope! You must party with me!'"

Hollywood star Kate Hudson is sparking more rumors that her romance with actor Owen Wilson is back on after the couple was spotted with each other in France.The pair originally dated in 2006, shortly after they starred in "You, Me and Dupree" together, but they broke up in 2007, just before Wilson allegedly tried to take his life. Hudson and Wilson were romantically linked again in 2008, and were reported to have gotten back together in early February. Now they've been photographed taking in the sights on a trip to the coastal region of Normandy in France. Wilson is in the country promoting his movie "Marley and Me."Hudson joined Wilson for a romantic stroll around the resort on Tuesday, before sitting down for a very cozy dinner. An onlooker says, "They were like any normal young couple. She held his hand and they were very nice, no pretensions."A fellow diner adds, "They were comfortable with each other. There was lots of talking going on between them, laughter."

KEVIN FEDERLINE PLANS KIDS FASHION LINE

Former Britney Spears hubby Kevin Federline, is hoping to give other fathers a cash break as he launches a new children's clothing line that won't cost a fortune. Federline was looking for ideas for his new range at the Project trade show in Las Vegas Nevada on Tuesday, and is insisting his clothing will be "reasonable" and very well made. He tells WomensWearDaily, "I'm trying to take it seriously and make a quality product for kids but not have parents pay like $500 or something ridiculous for a pair of jeans. "You buy your kids a pair of True Religions then they roll around in the dirt like kids do and a $200 pair of jeans is gone. With this economy, I'm looking to do something much more reasonable."

Licking Lindsay Lohan and fellow tongue swinger Samantha Ronson are sparking more rumors they are set to wed, by visiting a London synagogue famous for its liberal views on marriage.Licking Lindsay, who was raised a Catholic, and Ronson, who is from a Jewish family, have been a item since last year.They were rumored to have become engaged last year, after Ronson reportedly told a crowd in a Los Angeles California nightclub about their wedding plans. And now the twosome, who are currently visiting London, have been photographed entering a Jewish synagogue in the British capital together. They visited the Westminster Synagogue, in the city’s exclusive Knightsbridge area today. Faith officials at the religious building is known for providing marriage blessings to couples of mixed faiths, providing the couple has already enjoyed a civil wedding ceremony. Although the synagogue’s stance on same-sex unions is not known, gay marriages have been legal in the U.K. since the introduction of civil partnerships in 2004.

Pop singer Lily Allen has thrown her future music career into doubt. The star is refusing to confirm plans for another album. Lily is insisting she doesn’t know if she will ever record a follow-up to this year’s It’s Not Me, It’s You, because she is not sure whether her future lies in music.Lily is also admitting that she might want to concentrate on settling down and starting a family instead. She tells MTV, "I couldn’t tell you if I’m going to make another record, because I don’t know if I’m going to enjoy this in six months’ time. I’m a ‘live the day’ person. I have no idea what I’m doing tomorrow. I certainly don’t think about a week from now or a month from now. "As far as the future goes, there’s only a vague plan of getting married and having kid. CHRIS BROWN COURT CASE MAY BE DELAYED

Singer Chris Brown's day in court over his alleged fight with girlfriend Rihanna could be postponed while police gather more evidence, according to the Los Angeles California district attorney's office. Brown was arrested and charged following an alleged attack on Rihanna, after a pre-Grammys party on February 8th. Brown is free on bail following the incident and is facing charges of making criminal threats. He is due in court in L.A. on March 5th for an arraignment hearing. But that date may have to be pushed back while police strengthen their case against the star. A statement from Los Angeles district attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison reads, "We don't have the evidence yet. (Los Angeles police detectives) are still investigating. If (detectives) determine they need more time they'll set a new date for him (Brown) to come into court. "He only has to come back if and when we file charges." Rihanna was thought to have fled to her native Barbados to avoid press attention following the alleged attack, but it has now been revealed that the singer has been enjoying a sunshine break in a private beach side villa in Punta Mita, Mexico, according to the New York Daily News.

MATT DILLION OFFERED SPEEDING PLEA DEAL

Hollywood star Matt Dillon has been offered a plea deal in relation to his December arrest for speeding. The actor was pulled over by state troopers in Newbury, Vt., on December 30th after he was allegedly caught traveling at the high speed of 106 mph. He pleaded not guilty in January to charges of careless and negligent operation for driving more than 30 miles per hour above the 65 miles per hour speed limit. However the prosecutors have reportedly presented a deal to Dillon's lawyer Mark Kaplan, following a court hearing in Chelsea, Vt., on Wednesday. Details of the offer have not been released and Dillon has yet to give a response. A court date has been scheduled for the end of March.

JONATHAN RHYS MEYERS IN REHAB AGAIN

Sexy star Jonathan Rhys Meyers has reportedly checked into rehab in a hope to quit drinking once and for all. According to Independent.ie, "The Tudors" actor is attending a recovery center in England to deal with his alcohol problem. This would make it Jonathan's third visit. In 2005, he spent time at Promises Clinic in Malibu, California. He underwent more treatment in April 2007. However, he suffered a setback in November 2007 when he was arrested at Dublin Airport by Irish police and charged with being drunk and in breach of the peace. The actor has previously spoken out about his battle with drinking, saying, "When I do (drink) I'm like Bambi. I'm all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice." And an insider on the "The Tudors" show claims producers warned Rhys Meyers about his alcohol intake during filming on the program's upcoming third season. The source says, "He is one of the nicest guys in the world, he's a pleasure to work with. He has his demons, and he's trying to cope with them as best he can."

Former toxic singer Britney Spears will be sawed in half during a magical stage routine as part of her upcoming Circus tour. The new Britney has been busy working on a multitude of tricks with illusionist Ed Alonzo to make sure her world tour is one to remember. The magician tells People.com, "There are three giant (circus) rings with unbelievable things hanging in the air and flying around. "She's incorporated into major illusions. She'll do dissection, where she's sawed in half, and transposition, where she's in one place and ends up in another place. She's doing all the classic elements of magic." And Alonzo is insisting Spears is in the best shape possible to pull off the stunts. He adds, "She looks really incredible. She's really toned. Her stomach looks fantastic. This is the Britney Spears people remember from the past. Even stronger and better."

LIZ SMITH LEAVES NEW YORK POST TOMORROW

Another New York icon is leaving the scene. The New York Post has canned Liz Smith's column this week to save money, leaving the famous gossip columnist without a newspaper in the Big Apple for the first time in 33 years. "I'm very sorry that that has come to an end, and that I wasn't valuable enough for them to keep me on," the 86-year-old Smith said Tuesday to media outlets. Smith said the daily newspaper declined to renew her $125,000 annual contract in a letter that said, "due to economic circumstances, they were the bearer of bad news and so forth." Col Allan, the paper's editor-in-chief, said: "The Post is grateful to have been able to publish Liz Smith's legendary column for so many years. We wish her the very best for the future." Smith writes the famous syndicated newspaper gossip column that she said is carried by 70 papers around the country. She is also published in the Daily Variety and in Parade magazine, and is part owner of a Web site. Smith says she's also writing a novel and will never retire."I'm busy," she said. "I'm OK. I'm OK for a person who's been let go." Her last column in the Post will appear tomorrow. She's has already written it. "I just wrote the usual stuff," she said, "and then I said goodbye."

MICKY DOLENZ, lead singer of the Monkees, has inked a deal to record an album of the classic songs of Carole King, to be titled KING FOR A DAY, with the album to be released on Gigitone Records this Summer.The album, which is currently being recorded in L.A., will be produced by Jeffrey Foskett, who has worked extensively with Brian Wilson, and played on Wilson’s 2004 Grammy-winning version of SMILE. Dolenz always planned to record an album with her songs, “To honor her body of work,” he adds.”Is something I have always planned to do.” King, whose songs (“Pleasant Valley Sunday”; “Sometime in the Morning”; and, “The Porpoise Song (Theme From Head)” have emerged as signature songs from the iconic band, whose record sales are at more than 65 million. ROSIE O'DONNELL QUITS DRINKING BEER

Former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell gave her children a Christmas gift. The outspoken O'Donnell say's she quit drinking beer. Rosie has revealed she stopped drinking on December 1st after her teenage son, Parker, refused to get her a beer from the refrigerator. She says, "I was with my son, who is now 13, and I said to him, 'Park, can you get me a beer?' and he said, 'No, I don't want to.' And I said, 'Really, why not?' And he says, 'Because .. I think you drink too much beer." "I said 'You know, when I was a kid -- when I was 22 -- I stopped drinking for, like, eight years.' He goes, 'Well, maybe you should do that again.'" And when O'Donnell revealed she'd struggle with sobriety, her son suggested she seek help. She tells television talk show hostess Tyra Banks, "He said, 'There's a drunk club. I forget what it's called, but you have to, like, be really drunk to get in. I don't know if they'd let you in, but you could ask them for tips.'"

Licking Lindsay Lohan is fueling more rumors she has an eating disorder by posing for topless shots that show off her skin and bones frame. The former actress striped for an black and white photo shoot with celebrity photographer Hedi Slimane, using her hair and arms to shield her breasts from the camera. The photos reveal Lohan's very thin torso, and in some pictures, her shoulders and hip bones are protruding. Lindsay's parents recently expressed concern at her weight loss, and several magazines have speculated she is possibly suffering from an eating disorder.

He was quoted as saying, "I have decided to freeze myself when I die. You know, cryonics. CSI star Gerald McCullouch also stopped by to wish Derek the very best. The restaurant food was superb, and the downstairs party room was the perfect place for a intimate celebration. We do not know why, but Derek's birthday bash every year is a smash.
