The annual Radio Hall of Fame induction ceremony was held in Chicago over the weekend. Honored by being inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame were Wendy Williams, Neil Boortz, Dr. Demento, Normal Pattiz, Jose Miguel Agrelot, Harry Kalas, StudsTurkel and Ed Walker. Presentors at the Gala were Kathy Posner, Mancow Muller, Dennis Miller, Rush Limbaugh, Willard Scott and Jonathon Brandmeier.

My dear friend was inducted to the Radio Hall of Fame last Saturday in Chicago. This radio icon hs brought fun and entertainment to radio nationwide for so many years. In many cities, his name is a household word. Sadly, you mis-spelled it. His name is ED WALKER, long time radio host; partner to Willard Scott for many years and an all around nice guy.
