California Police are saying Stephanie Pratt, the sexy 23-year-old star of MTV reality show, The Hills, was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI). Pratt was arrested outside a party in Hollywood and booked into a jail in the San Fernando Valley. She was released several hours later after posting $5000 bail. Pratt was at a party for Holly Montag according to reports. Hours before, Pratt tweeted, "Its my sissy @hollymontags bday party!...just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes I am the party pooper."
