Pop star Beyonce Knowles is confused by all the gossip that she keeps in shape by running in high heels. Beyonce is an expert at performing in her stilettos, prompting claims she hits the gym with her sexy footwear too. But she insists she only steps into her heels when she’s dancing. She tells Billboard, "No, I don’t run on a treadmill in heels. That’s a bit extreme! But I do practise my choreography in heels."
