Hollywood hunk Robert Pattinson says fame has forced him into hiding. The star claims he has turned into a "recluse" since hitting it big time. Robert has had a fast ride from a relative unknown to a worldwide superstar in the last 12 months, ever since he took on the role of the vampire Edward Cullen in the hit movie Twilight. The 23 year old has found the transformation difficult, recently confessing fame has ruined his life because he can no longer go outside without crowd of teens hounding him. And Pattinson has even stopped trying to have a social life, and only feels relaxed in the safety of a closed film set. He tells Britain’s Hello! magazine, "I've always been a bit of a recluse anyway so it doesn't make too much of a difference now that I actually am one. "I've always felt more relaxed when I'm actually on set than I do in the world. I feel more relaxed there than doing interviews and talking to people I don't know."
Editors Extra: It's a shame Robert can not handle his fame. Most people would love to be where he is, and all I read all the time is how bad he has it with fame. He does not realize how good he has it. He has the money and the means to disappear anytime he wants to be alone. Stop complaining. Maybe you should do something to help someone else instead of bitching on how bad you have it. Homeless people are on the streets in record numbers, people are losing their homes. Record numbers of Americans on on food stamps, because they can not afford to buy food. You jet around the world, you eat in the best restaurants and you complain about it all. GROW UP !
