Singing star Ricky Martin celebrated his sons very first birthday by posting a series of family photos on his Web site. Sexy Ricky announced in August 2008 that he was set to take a year away from the limelight, after becoming the dad of fraternal twins born to a surrogate mother. He says of his boys, "I'm so happy! Everything they do, from smiling to crying, feels like a blessing. This has been the most spiritual moment in my life."
