LIRR President and Acting MTA CEO Helena Williams joins Nassau County Excutive Tom Suozzi, Legislator Dave Mejias, Dennis Riese CEO of the Riese Organization and members of the USGA tomorrow for the first official train leaving Penn Station to the US Open. ( US Open festivities begin the next day with Justin Timberlake playing Michael Jordan in a charity match with thousands of visitors attending). Train concierges with orange hats will be introduced for the first time to promote restaurants, hotels and local attractions. They will be traveling on trains and rail stations. A Nassau County travelers guide will be introduced for the hundreds of thousands of visitors attending the sporting event in NYC and Long Island . All Riese Organization locations at Penn Station will be handing out the guide.
