Out actor, Neil Patrick Harris is denying that he is planning to start a family with his longtime lover. The "How I Met Your Mother" star and his partner David Burtka were recently rumored to be planning to have a child. According to Star magazine, the couple had found a surrogate mother to carry their child, inspired by expectant parents Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
