BREACH OF CONTRACT SUIT FOR PARIS HILTON

Former reality show star Paris Hilton has been ordered to stand trial by a judge who refused to dismiss a breach of contract lawsuit against her. Bosses at Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc. have charged the heiress with neglecting to honor her promotion and publicity agreements related to her 2006 film "Pledge This," claiming she owes investors a staggering $8.3 million.The movie executives are claiming Hilton was paid $1 million for her acting services and for "reasonable promotion and publicity" for the film, which featured the socialite/actress as the president of an exclusive sorority.
