Octomom has never factored in the rights of the biological father. Now, Octodad’s attempt to get a piece of the pie, “infuriates her,” sources say. It all started with the $22,500.00 TMZ paid for the distended octo-belly shots that started all the offers and bidding wars that made the father feel like he was getting gyped. Octodad is now looking into seeking an injunction to stop any further deals until he can legally establish his rights to a chunk of the change.
