FLORIDA LOOKING INTO ANNA NICOLE SMITH

Anna Nicole Smith

The prosecutors in sunny South Florida are taking a new look at the evidence in the 2007 death of supermodel Anna Nicole Smith. Broward County prosecutors met recently with authorities in Los Angeles California and the California Department of Justice, said a spokesman for the State Attorney Michael Satz. This comes after the indictment March 13th in California of Smith's former alleged boyfriend Howard K. Stern and two doctors on charges of conspiring to illegally prescribe drugs to Smith. Broward County prosecutors want to see if any evidence in that case might lead to a new investigation in the Florida case. Smith died Feb. 8th, 2007, in Florida after collapsing at her hotel. She was only 39 years old. Her horrible death was ruled an accidental drug overdose. Seminole Police Department, which handled Smith's case because it transpired on tribal land, said it had provided prosecutors and authorities in California with investigative materials, but had no plans to reopen the case itself. "The tribe has completed its case and it's closed," said tribe spokesman Gary Bitner.

What is there to say? At this time, when so many people are still following the multitude of law suits and still looking for justice to emerge... I am DELIGHTED! I am tired and worn out by the terrible misuse of our laws and courts. I am disgusted by the material greed and the low-life skanky behavior of a few.

About time. What an ugly legacy at the hands of a few.
