Actress Anne Heche is free to wed her new lover James Tupper after finalizing her divorce from ex-husband Coley Laffoon. Laffoon ended the long Hollywood six-year marriage by filing for divorce in February 2007, citing "irreconcilable differences." Heche is now expecting a child with Tupper, who she met on the set of her television show "Men In Trees."
