Britney Spears

Toxic Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday last night at Britain’s top gay club. The pop singer is in London for an appearance on the British television talent show X Factor, stopped by the very G.A.Y. event, where she was presented with a cake, decorated to look like the cover of her new album Circus, which is to be released on her birthday. Fans serenaded the singer with Happy Birthday as she smiled down from a V.I.P. balcony. The big night was a Britney-themed party at the popular club, housed at London’s Heaven venue. After her whistle-stop European tour, Spears will now head back to New York City for a birthday morning performance on television show Good Morning America.

Sexy Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio is going through on his vow to boycott the paparazzi. He has put his Malibu, California mansion up for sale. The actor recently lashed out at the celebrity snappers who follow his every move, branding them "disrespectful and dangerous". He said, "The mere fact that these - I’ll use the word piles - are earning money from exploiting my image is the only reason I hide myself or am not a photo-friendly person. I do not like the way they conduct themselves. I think they’re disrespectful and dangerous. The reason I don’t pose or smile or that I seem mad is that I don’t want them to make a living off my private life." And he appears to be very serious about moving out of the limelight by making plans to move out of the heavy paparazzi area. His two bedroom, two bathroom property, which also boasts a guest house and four-car garage, is on the market for just under $9 million. And that’s not all according to TMZ. The home comes with underground tunnels leading to and from Hollywood’s hottest nightspots.

Pop singing star Madonna's ex. Hubby Guy Richie is making plans to open a new bar in New York City. The director, who owns the posh London pub The Punchbowl, is reportedly looking into buying a property in the Big Apple after New Yorkers visiting his Mayfair establishment expressed their desire to have a similar bar on the East Coast. And according to media reports, Ritchie is happy to use the new business venture as an excuse for visiting his sons Rocco and adopted David, who are expected to live in the United States with Madonna. A source tells Britain’s Sunday Mirror, "A lot of New Yorkers told Punchbowl staff they wish they had something like that over there. "And if Guy has a business in New York, he would have a great excuse to have proper days out with the kids. "Guy is very dedicated to his films but his number one priority will always be the kids. He dreads the idea of becoming an ‘occasional dad’."

Super Bitch Naomi Campbell's press representative is dismissing media reports that she’s to wed her billionaire lover in a secret December ceremony in Russia. The former beauty sparked rumors of an engagement to Russian Vladimir Doronin on Tuesday, after she was pictured attending a lavish magazine party in Moscow sporting a large emerald sparkler on her ring finger. The British tabloids are now claiming Campbell is planning a small, low-key wedding, after reportedly inviting close friends and family to join the couple for a special Christmas vacation. A source tells the Sunday Mirror, "Naomi asked them to save the date and be prepared to travel to Russia. She’s keeping tight-lipped about exactly what is happening, and has sworn everyone to secrecy." But Campbell’s spokesman is denying the claims, saying, "She has no plans to be in Russia at that time."

Kate Moss

Aging Kate Moss has suffered a scratched cheek after a fight over Christmas decorations with on/off boyfriend Jamie Hince. The former supermodel worried what fans she has left earlier this week, when she stepped out in London sporting the marks, while rocker Hince was seen with a black eye. But Moss insists it was just a petty lovers’ quarrel. She says, "We had a fight yesterday about what to do for Christmas. We had a bit of a scuffle and I was wearing a chunky ring, which caught him right in the eye. It’s all okay now though. "We fight and we have our ups and downs - like anyone, really."

Amy Winehouse And Blake Fielder-Civil

Rehab singer Amy Winehouse's hubby Blake Fielder Civil is refusing media reports reports that he’s cheating on his singer wife with a German model, blasting the blond for failing to put an end to the rumors herself. Fielder-Civil recently walked away from jail after serving time in relation to a 2006 attack on a pub landlord. He checked into a rehab center in Surrey, south east England, soon after his release, but his wife has yet to visit him at the facility, prompting speculation of trouble in their wild marriage. Tension between the couple was also said to have arisen over Fielder-Civil’s close relationship with Sophie Schandorff, who went to greet him upon his jail release and has been pictured visiting him in rehab. But Fielder-Civil insists claims they are a couple are completely made up. He says, "That girl used to go out with a friend of mine. Me and Amy went with her and her boyfriend on holiday together. "Now she appears to be making out that she is my girlfriend. That’s total b**locks (crap). She just seems to want to get her face in the papers. Sophie means nothing to me and never has." Fielder-Civil has vowed to walk away from Winehouse and their marriage for the star’s own sake as she battles drug addiction.
His affair dismissal comes just days after the singer reportedly announced her marriage was over.

In a recent interview, Victoria’s Secret lingerie model Kerr talked about her plans to leave the fashion world and start a family, but she dismissed rumors that she and Bloom were going to get married. She said, "I’ve always wanted kids, so someday, eventually, yes, it will happen… My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch." The couple went public with their romance earlier this year.

His former companion Jacques Rosas who with Keith survived a vicious hate crime attack in 1994, opened his multi-media studio, Shop Studios for the memorial attended by some 130 of Keith’s dear friends. Usually the site of fashion shows for the likes of Donna Karan and Yves St. Laurent and most recently the setting for Diane Sawyer’s controversial interview With Ashley Dupre the call girl that brought down Gov. Jacques, and Keith’s good friends, longtime publicist and manager Edward Callaghan, John Wegorzewski, James Edstrom, Charles Hamlen and Kevin Thompson hosted the celebration. Composer and writer, Rev. Jeanne Browne officiated at the memorial. As guests entered, the first thing they saw were memorial displays for Keith at various times in his careers set up by his pals and students. On one wall, a film of acclaimed former Martha Graham dancer Joyce Herring performing a piece set to Keith’s sonata, Rhapsody, by Internationally renowned choreographer Pascal Rioult was screened. Moving tributes to their great friend were given by Jacques, Keith’s one time intern Kate Morgan, best friend from high school Libby Griffin, longtime patron Donald Konicoff and one of his piano student’s parents Tony Shepherd and mentor Pulitzer Prize winning composer who summed up everyone’s feelings when he said of Keith, “He dazzled me”. Following the celebration, a group gathered outside the Shop Studios to release white balloons into the air. Toxic singer Britney Spears made her first live stage appearance since her horrible performance at the MTV awards show last year, and used the opportunity to copy Madonna. The troubled star attended Germany's annual Bambi awards where she received the award for Best International Pop Star, an annual television and media prize hosted by the Hubert Burda Media Group. Spears received her award from designer Karl Lagerfeld at the event on Thursday night before taking to the stage with a remixed version of her U.S. number one smash "Womanizer."And the pop singer seemed to be taking inspiration from fellow superstar Madonna, as she wore a replica of the Material Girl's top hat and mesh-corset ensemble she has been sporting on her worldwide Sticky and Sweet tour. And despite not performing a year, Spears proved to fans she has put her messed up past behind her and was ready to make a comeback. Earlier in the day, the singer's mother Lynne Spears told British morning show "GMTV," "I think Britney is just ready to get started again. This is when she's most in her element."

Hollywood actress Sienna Miller has reportedly reconciled with ex-boytoy Balthazar Getty, after the couple were spotted enjoying a lunch date in London on Thursday. The wild star has been very romantically linked to the oil heir Getty since early summer when they were seen in Prague in the Czech Republic, on the set of Miller's new movie, "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra."The pair were rumored to have broken up earlier this month, with Miller confirming the break-up shortly afterward. But they now are appearing to have revived the romance, after Getty was photographed joining Miller for a stroll through London's Maida Vale with her dogs on Thursday afternoon. They were later photographed leaving an Italian restaurant and going on to enjoy drinks at the city's exclusive Groucho Club. A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "They looked so much in love. Sienna was clutching Balthazar's hand and giggling as they strolled along together."

Former Hollywood star Winona Ryder is at the center of a new controversy after reportedly losing $125,000 worth of borrowed Bulgari diamonds loaned to her for an awards ceremony appearance in Spain. The actress had been given a diamond-encrusted bracelet and ring to wear to a Marie Claire magazine party in Madrid earlier this week. She reported the items missing after allegedly handing them in to her hotel's front desk in an envelope to be kept in the venue's safe. But according to the French magazine Voici, the hotel bosses have not yet been able to locate surveillance footage to prove Ryder's claims, and Bulgari executives have now asked police to investigate the jewelry disappearance. A spokesperson for the aging star, who was arrested in 2001 for failing to pay for goods taken from Beverly Hills California store Saks Fifth Avenue, has yet to respond to requests for comment. Bulgari representatives have refused to address the reports or confirm the disappearance of the jewels.

We Liked Kohls The Best

We think Black Friday was a bust for shoppers. We really hope it was the same for the stores. Stores like advertised huge savings starting at 5am and ending at 11 am. Well we went online at a little after 5am and tried and tried to get on the site and a page kept coming up saying site was down for maintenance. Imagine this. The biggest sale day of the year and they have a online maintenance. Next stop was Another disappointment. I did not see anything that was really a bargain, unless you call some of the junk they were trying to unload a sale. Prices were very high here. I even got a phone call form a photographer that gives us some of our photos. They said Macys would not let her use her discount card. We then slid over to Nothing there worth buying. They gave you a choice on alot of stuff that said two for one. But at checkout, there was no two for one. I cancelled the sale. We then lubed up again, and slid over to We did find sale items there and we spent around 200 bucks. But the prices did still seem high even with the sale prices. We seem to remember buying the same white shirts months ago about half the price of the sale item. But we liked the quality. Almost fed up, I went to We did find some good quality stuff there and we spent some money. Good buys on winter jackets and on some shirts. Their site is very easy to navigate, unlike Walmart that takes forever to load. Their sales are going on till Sunday I think, so slide on over to Kohls and see what they have. I decided to try The Home Shopping Network. Not very exciting there, but I got a good deal on two comforters. Nothing else seemed worthwhile. And a coupon for five bucks off the first customer sale would not work. I read and read the rules, and it would just not work. I highly recommend staying away from this site. We think the major retailers are going to learn a lesson this year. The customer is smart and we are sure that sales will be at their lowest in probably 20 years because there are not many bargains out there. And with credit card companies cutting back every ones credit, even with the shameful 850 billion bailout, we are going to see mis-managed stores going out of business.

Sexy Hollywood icon Demi Moore is very convinced her youthful looks count against her in movie auditions, because film casting bosses find it difficult to picture her as an older woman for more older roles. The actress, who married sexy hunk Ashton Kutcher in 2005, looks years younger than her age of 46, thanks to a strict cleansing regime and various beauty treatments for her face. But Moore, who has denied undergoing extensive sessions of plastic surgery, feels she is "flawed" - as her stunning features are putting off film executives who are unsure what roles they can cast her in.She tells Britain’s Hello magazine, "Being the age I am, it has been a tough few years because there is so much focus on how I look. It almost got to the point where I felt like, ‘Well they don’t know what to do with me’. "I am flawed. I’m not 20, not 30, but I’m certainly different from what most people feel someone in her 40s should be. I’m very comfortable with the age I am, and the way I look."

Toxic singer Britney Spears mom Lynne is downplaying the star’s much publicized mental breakdown - comparing her troubles to a teenager starting college. The pop star went into a meltdown after losing custody of her two sons Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two, last year, and was hospitalized for a mental evaluation in January. But mother Lynne is sure the star’s problems were inevitable, only because the singer was attempting to cut loose from her parents. She tells British morning show GMTV, "I think there comes a time in a young adult’s life where they wanna live their own life and mamma and daddy - they’re not cool anymore. "I think it was kind of that situation - much similar to a child that goes to college and they’re really into their college life and they don’t really come home a lot. If you can relate it to that."

Deborah Gibson

The original American Idol-herself DEBORAH GIBSON landed in Manhattan yesterday for a whirlwind series of press-stops in advance of her NY-version of her 'DEBORAH GIBSON ELECTRIC YOUTH' performance camp next month in NYC. The L.A. version was earlier this year and was a critical success, with the like of HOWIE DOROUGH, from The Backstreet Boys, and talk-show wizard WAYNE BRADY on hand as celebrity guests. Says Gibson, "One day I woke up and decided to do something like this that would honor my many successes and pass the torch, so to speak, to identify the next generation of writing and performing stars." Now based in L.A., Gisbon said she's become acutely aware of the short life-span of many of the co-called new 'teen idols' and wanted to realistically seek out the new talents who would not only be able to create, but be able to generate and sustain a career. She's been a star since she was 16 and because of the care and attention she's taken with it, it's all work out very well indeed with a rich-sustaining sheen. She just finished a run in THE KING AND I, that re-awakened her to the rich tapestry of that play. Gibson still holds the record for the 'youngest performer ever to have written, performed, and produced a #1 Pop Record.' She just locked a TV deal ... which shoots next week in L.A. First stop in NYC was the CW11 where she was interviewed by EMILY FRANCES while they showed several snippets of the L.A. event; then to the new MONTEL WILLIAMS SHOW where she was interviewed by him. Next, WOR radio where she was the feature guest on the always-brilliant JOEY REYNOLDS SHOW, where she revealed more about the camp and performed, on an electric piano in the studio, "On My Own" from LES MISERABLES, which was her first major stint on Broadway. Next up was OUT ON THE Q on the SIRIUS network, with old friend LARRY FLICK, who first met Deborah when her first single ("Only In My Dreams" from the album OUT OF THE BLUE) and album came out. Flick was a music journalist with BILLBOARD MAGAZINE and has now become the host of the show, along with KEITH PRICE. They spoke about the early days as well as the camp and Flick invited her to return next month with some of the featured kids. She also visited with STEVE LEEDS (with ANABELLA POLAND), now a talent exec. there, but originally at Atlantic Records during Gibson's rise there. Flick also revealed his favorite Gibson album as THINK WITH YOUR HEART ... chock full of beautiful piano-driven ballads. Gibson also visited the HOWARD STERN studios while there, and although Stern and company were away, she feasted on the ample supply of cupcakes ... leaving Stern and Gary Dell'Abate personalized greetings.
Gibson, a true American Idol!

Ashlee Simpson And Pete Wentz

Singing stars Pete Wetnz and Ashlee Simpson gave their new baby son the middle name Mowgli, because they fell in love with the name reading "Jungle Book." Bronx Mowgli was welcomed into the world on Thursday at Los Angeles California Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The choice of names has left fans and celebrity pals scratching their heads in disbelief. Wentz reveals Mowgli was inspired by the lead character in Rudyard Kipling's classic story, but he's refusing to reveal why they chose Bronx, also the name of one of New York City's five boroughs. Speaking on Ryan Seacrest's radio show yesterday, Wentz says, "'The Jungle Book' was something that me and Ashlee bonded over. It's a cool name. "We came up with the idea Bronx. We've been throwing (ideas) back and forth for a while. It's kind of cool to just leave the narrative what it is. People are stoked or pissed or whatever. ... I don't think anyone really has the real story."

Amy Winehouse

Rehab singing star Amy Winehouse has been admitted to the hospital again after an argument with husband Blake Fielder-Civil allegedly sparked a drinking and drugs binge. Amy collapsed and was taken to a private clinic in London England after allegedly ingesting a toxic cocktail of illegal substances and booze. According to Britain's The Sun newspaper, Winehouse became embroiled in a screaming match with Fielder-Civil on Sunday, just a day before he lost an appeal against his 27-month prison sentence relation to an attack on a pub landlord at a London court. A source tells the publication, "They had a screaming row. She was beside herself after the call -- and she just totally lost it."The singer's spokesperson confirmed the star had been kept in hospital for observation on Sunday, but denied it was due to the singer's drug habit, insisting she "had a bad reaction to the combination of medication she has currently been prescribed."The new drama in Winehouse's battle with her addictions comes just days after the star admitted her marriage to Fielder-Civil was over, reportedly stating their union had been based purely on sex. She told Britain's News of the World newspaper, "It's over. There's no way back for us now. It was never going to last. We were only together for sex. I fancied him like mad, like no one else I've ever known. But it's not enough, is it?"Reports of a split between the pair have circled since Fielder-Civil was released from prison earlier this month after serving almost a year behind bars. As part of his early release deal, he checked into a rehabilitation facility in Surrey, south east England, but Winehouse has still yet to visit her husband.

Toxic singer Britney Spears is allowed to go on dates, but only if she is under the supervision of her assistant and members of her management team. The wild star has split from ex-husband Kevin Federline and was subsequently linked to British paparazzi photographer Adnan Ghalib. The relationship dissolved earlier this year following a breakdown that saw her admitted to a Los Angeles California hospital for psychiatric evaluation. And now as she embarks on her career comeback with her new album, "Circus," Spears admits that she is able to date, but only under the watchful eye of her assistant, known only as Brett, and Adam Leber, a colleague of her manager Larry Rudolph. Britney also reveals she enjoys her time back on the single circuit, even though her dates have not been much of a success. She tells Rolling Stone magazine, "Right when we got there, we just knew it was just bad. He looked like an older version of Harry Potter, but skinnier. ... So I had to get dessert first. And the other date I had, the guy was really, really tall and a lot older. ... We're trying to ask him questions, like, 'OK, you're into martial arts, so what kind of martial arts are you into?' And he was like, 'Oh, all kinds.' But you know how silly we are, so we were just cracking up."

Sexy Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman is canning plans to release the diary she kept while filming the epic Australia, because it is far too personal. The star thought it would be a great idea to chronicle the making of the Baz Luhrmann film with a journal but the remote location, her on-set pregnancy and lots of time to mull over her life left Kidman pouring out all her secrets. She says, "I was going to release the diary and then I thought, ‘No, I cant release it, this is too personal.’ Then bits of it ended up in the press, so people have read little bits of it."

And the gossip has continued as they promote the new film in America because they’re sitting for separate interviews. But Witherspoon is confused by all the speculation, because she had a great time with Vaughn while they shot the holiday comedy. She explains, "We got along great, we were very good friends and we were very much partners on this movie." And the star, who is dating Jake Gyllenhaal, insists the rumor-mill goes into overtime whenever she is paired up with a leading Hollywood actor. She adds, "Every co-star I ever work with, I’m either having an affair with him, I’m about to get married with him, or having a baby or we absolutely cannot stand each other."Vince is the funniest person I’ve ever worked with.
