Pete Wentz is hitting back at a lawsuit claiming he assaulted a fan after a gig and is insisting his accuser is just trying to make "a quick payoff". Andy Kallas, from Chicago, Illinois, has launched legal action against the Fall Out Boy star, alleging he suffered "serious injuries to his head, mouth and face" during an unprovoked attack outside the nightclub.He is suing Wentz and Schuba’s Tavern, where the beating allegedly took place after a recent show. But Wentz insists the claims are not true, accusing Kallas of attempting to make money out of him. Rob Lowe Now there is more trouble for Hollywood star Rob Lowe after a second nanny has launched legal action against him accusing his wife Sherly of sexual harassment and only just weeks after another nanny filed a similar suit against the famed actor. Former nanny Jessica Gibson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Lowe last month, alleging he touched her inappropriately on several occasions between September 2005 and January 2008. Lowe is denying the claims and counters Jessica made up the allegations in an extortion scheme. And now another nanny has filed papers against the West Wing star’s wife. Laura Boyce filed a lawsuit yesterday accusing Sheryl of sexual harassment and wrongful termination, insisting she created an "extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment … behaving in a …perverted, disgusting and crude manner." Hollywood star Kevin Gage has been arrested for drug possession in Annapolis, Maryland.The Heat star, who was once married to John Travolta’s wife Kelly Preston was reportedly caught smoking marijuana by police on Tuesday, when they were called to the scene of a very loud party.The 48-year-old was cited and released on his own recognisance, according to TMZ. Gage was previously jailed in 2003 for growing marijuana. He served two and half years behind bars. Just shows you how more taxpayer money is wasted fighting this harmless weed !

Sex And The City Cast The creators of Sex And The City movie have decided to downsize the film’s world premiere in London England, after coming under fire for not launching the film in New York City. Both the hit television series and the movie were filmed in the Big Apple and the city features highly in all the story lines. And movie bosses came under fire from New Yorkers after revealing the movie will premiere in the U.K., two weeks before it is unveiled in its spiritual home of the Big Apple on May 12th. But now the company has released a statement playing down the London premiere, insisting it will much less high profile than the New York City screening. A spokesman says, "London will be much smaller. The whole cast isn’t even going. We’re still planning the big premiere to be in New York."

Hollywood star Nicole Kidman is going to play Dusty Springfield in a new biopic of the singer’s life.The actress is to team up again with Michael Cunningham, who scripted her Oscar-winning performance in 2002’s The Hours.The movie will chronicle Springfield’s rise to fame in the 1960s and touch on her battles with alcohol, drugs and mental health problems before her death from breast cancer in 1999. Script-writer Cunningham says, "It will be the real Dusty. A great artist who no one knew what to do with. But she is going into history with The Beatles and the Rolling Stones."

Hollywood star Billy Bob Thorton's young teenage son is at the center of a criminal investigation, after he allegedly having sex with a woman eight years older than him. Fourteen-year-old Willie Thornton’s alleged sexual relationship with a 22-year-old woman ended when her ex-lover reported them both to the Los Angeles California Police Department. A police source tells TMZ the department has launched an "active investigation" into the crime of "unlawful sex".The website reports that both Willie and his father are cooperating with the police.
