MADONNA TO SPEND HOLIDAYS WITH EX.

Director Guy Richie and Pop star Madonna plan to spend the holiday season together at their English country estate, for the benefit of their children. The divorced couple has been fighting over custody of son Rocco and adopted David as well as Madonna’s daughter Lourdes since their divorce was agreed to last month. But they have decided to can their feud during the Christmas holidays, and will spend the holidays together at their $15 million Ashcombe House in Wiltshire, England. An insider tells British newspaper The Mail On Sunday, "Madonna and Guy want the best for the kids and so she has decided to come over to the U.K. so they can be with their father. Madonna arrives in England on December 23rd and is planning to stay for Christmas season. "Madonna doesn’t really like Ashcombe but she thinks it’s important that they put on a united front for the kids." Moviemaker Ritchie has moved out of the family home in central London and is currently living above his London office while working on his latest movie Sherlock Holmes.
Meanwhile the couple’s children have been accompanying their mother across the globe on her Sticky & Sweet world tour. The source adds, "Guy hasn’t seen the kids for weeks and he is desperate to be with them over the holidays. They have been travelling a lot and he just wants them home."
