Hollywood star Heather Locklear has been charged with driving under the influence of prescription drugs, following her September arrest in California.The actress was detained by police in Santa Barbara, California, after she was spotted "driving erratically" in a parking lot. She was later booked on charges of driving under the influence and being under the influence of a controlled substance, and kept in police custody overnight.Tests found she had no alcohol or illegal drugs in her system, but she has been charged because the medication she had taken, "could have impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle," Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter tells TMZ.com.Her arrest came just two months after Locklear checked out of an Arizona rehab clinic, where she received treatment for anxiety and depression.The star is due to be arraigned in Santa Barbara on January 26, and faces up to six months in jail if convicted.
