Kathy Griffin With Bette Midler And Gloria EstefanBette Midler, the winner of numerous Grammys, a Special Tony Award and the recipient of two Oscar nominations, held her annual Hulaween Gala on October 31st at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. The evening benefited the New York Restoration Project (NYRP), hosted by comedian Kathy Griffin.Michael Kors, Gloria Gaynor, John McEnroe, Suze Orman, Christine Ebersole, Jimmy Buffett, Pink, Kareem Abdul Jabar, Miss USA (Christle Stewart) and Miss Teen USA (Stevi Perry) plus an array of Celebrity chefs including Sandra Lee, Fergus Henderson, Jonathan Waxmn, Andrew Zimmern were among the stars who attended the costume gala, which honored famed chef Alice Waters with the Leadership Award. The special musical guest this year was Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine with an added treat - Gloria shared the stage with her talented 13 year old daughter Emily who played the guitar with solo performance.
