Hollywood star Jude Law is reportedly in talks to star alongside screen icon Robert Downey Jr. in Madonna's hubby Guy Richie's new adaptation of famed private eye Sherlock Holmes. The actor is touted to play Holmes’ sidekick Dr. Watson in the forthcoming film and is expected to sign up for the part very shortly, according to the Daily Variety. Ritchie denied that Russell Crowe was lined up for the role after reports surfaced earlier this month. Production on the movie is slated to begin next month in London. No word yet when the movie is set to be released.
