BIRDLAND (315 W 44th Street) was THE place to be last night! The early show of the evening was KLEA BLACKHURST and BILLY STRITCH performing to a standing room only crowd and celebrating the release of their new CD DREAKING OF A SONG. The fun continued with JIM CARUSO'S CAST PARTY at 10PM which also had a packed house including celebrities like LA LA BROOKS of the CRYSTALS, ANN HAMPTON CALLOWAY, Broadway's SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE leading lady and TONY nominee JENNA RUSSELL and the legendary LIZA MINNELLI who thrilled the crowd with a couple of songs. BILLY STRITCH hung around fro the second show of the night and accompanied both MINNELLI AND BROOKS !
