HANNAH MONTANA STAR VISITS MERMAID

Look who was in the audience of “Little Mermaid”? She is known for her role as mean girl Ashley Dewitt on Disney’s hit “Hannah Montana”. The other night Anna Maria Francesca Perez de Tagle, accompanied by her parents, attended Broadway’s “Little Mermaid”. During the show’s intermission this very popular actress signed autographs and posed for cell phone photos with her biggest fans, or should I say “smallest (youngest) fans”.“Little girls come up to me and say ‘You’re the girl from ‘Hannah Montana!,’” Ana Marisa laughed. “Sometimes they even think I’m mean because I play a mean girl on the show, but I explain to them that it’s just acting. I definitely love my fans!” Last year the New York-born Filipina Kay Trinidad made her Broadway debut in “Little Mermaid," as part of the song-and-dance featured ensemble. Could the next Ariel be the beautiful Filipina Anna Maria? If it was up to her fans, probably so.
