Singing legend Marilyn Maye is having a good week! Monday she received the lifetime achievement award from the BISTRO AWARDS committee. Tuesday she began her run at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street -212-206-0440) playing to a SRO audience that included Jerry Mitchell, Klea Blackhurst and Tommy Tune. And to top it off Marilyn is celebrating her 80th birthday this week as well!
