BODYGUARD IS NEXT TO SUE LINDSAY LOHAN

Hollywood rehab star, Lindsay Lohan is being hit with a lawsuit from her former bodyguard, who has accused the 'Mean Girls' actress of failing to pay for his security services. David Kim claims he was hired by the star in October 2006 to organize her security, at a fee of $4,000 a week for around-the-clock protection. But he quit the job six months later, in March 2007, after Lohan allegedly reneged on the huge salary. In legal papers filed in Los Angeles California County Superior Court on Monday, Kim also claims he is owed $1,500 for damage to his car, after Lohan's driver, Jazz, once crashed into his vehicle in a bid to escape the pursuing crazed paparazzi. He is now suing for breach of contract and is seeking a total of $55,000 in damages and unpaid wages.
